Every Stripe invoice, sealed as an e-invoice.
From 1 Jan 2027, larger German businesses must send e-invoices to other businesses, and everyone else from 2028. Siegel turns each Stripe invoice into a validated ZUGFeRD or XRechnung file, automatically, without changing how you bill.

Something missing? Join early access and ask me directly.
01Do I need this?
If your business is established in Germany and invoices other businesses, very likely from 2027 or 2028. Confirm your situation with your tax advisor.
02Doesn’t Stripe do this already?
Stripe creates PDF invoices. Structured e-invoices for Germany need an additional app. Siegel is that app.
03Which formats do you support?
ZUGFeRD (EN 16931 profile) and XRechnung.
04Do I have to change how I use Stripe?
No. Keep invoicing exactly as you do today.
05Where is my data stored?
In the EU.
06Is this tax advice?
No. Siegel is software that validates files against official technical rules. Your tax advisor remains responsible for your tax situation.
07Why pay when free converters exist?
Free tools convert one invoice at a time, by hand. Siegel runs automatically on every Stripe invoice, including prorations, discounts, reverse charge and credit notes, then validates, delivers and archives each file.
08What if Stripe builds this?
Then you’ll have a choice. Until then, Siegel works today, and your archived files stay exportable at any time.
09Do you sign a data processing agreement (AVV)?
Yes. A DPA/AVV is available for every customer.
10Who is behind Siegel?
Jitesh Raghav, an independent software engineer who builds and supports Siegel personally. Email me directly: jkr18042001@gmail.com
